With Easter only a few days away now here are a few ideas that our fantastic Locally Produced for You businesses have been making.

And here are few more wonderful new products that have or are just being launched.

I am looking forward to the range of  Millykins adorable knitted fruit top hats being expanded to include apricots and rosehips. I will show you photos when I have them.

Lings Lane Larder can now be found on Big Barn’s website promoting their delicious handmade jams, chutney and marmalade. I also have lovely new liberty print scarves  in stock in the Locally Produced for You shop by Ginny Rawson

If you would like to have a go at making something yourself why not take a look at the wonderful courses that are on offer at the All Things Creative Studio in Nottingham.

The next course to start is a:

5 Week Curtain/Blind/Cushion and Sewing for Pleasure course

If you are a beginner or know what you are doing but need some inspiration or help or just sewing time with like minded people then come along with your projects and get sewing. Jan will be on hand with her expert advice.

Starts Mon 28th Apr
6.30 – 9.30 pm £75
for  5 weeks

(excluding the Bank Holidays) 28/4, 12/5, 19/5, 2/6, 9/6

A mixed ability class where you bring your own projects and Jan will be on hand to teach you the techniques you need to complete them. Projects are  your choice and can vary from  curtains blinds & cushions to dressmaking to free machine embroidery and  appliqué. Whether you are a complete beginner or have the skills but want some support or just want to come and sew with a group of like-minded people in a fun friendly environment? Then this workshop is for you.

Celebrating a whole host of fabulous enterprises, browse the stalls of crafts, food and drink, treat yourself to some amazing street food, sit down with a mocktail and enjoy the music.

The craft tent will have some Easter themed activities and will also house our Pop up Art Exhibition.  There will be an Easter Egg Hunt and a colouring competition for the children.
